Post History

This page will be used as a repository for documenting the history of our Post as we enter our second Century of service.

Post 676 Remembrance Book

As Memorial Day 2018 approaches, and in preparation for the Centennial of Durand American Legion Gold Star Post 676, we want to share this historical compilation dedicated to the local veterans who gave their lives in defense of our Country and our Freedoms. This booklet was originally compiled by the Gold Star Unit #676, Durand American Legion Auxiliary, in 2002.

Please take a few minutes to page through these images and learn about the history of these brave men. Join us in paying tribute to them for making the ultimate sacrifice on our behalf. May they all Rest in Peace with our sincere gratitude for their service.
